TICKET INFORMATION

• All Artwork must be weather proof. Exception: pieces shown in the gallery.
• It is understood that artwork is not insured.
• Vsual art is for the entire weekend
You are responsible for installing your piece by the deadline. Insuring that it works pre-GLOW
and maintaining it throughout the weekend of GLOW. You must remove your piece by the following
weekend or make arrangements with the organizers.
Power is limited. Those of you with larger power requirements, equipment drawing lots of amps
(i.e. amplifiers, projectors, tesla coils etc...) Please be considerate and give us a detailed assessment
of your needs well in advance. There are a lot of other artists sharing circuits. When over
consumption pops a breaker everyone on that loop is deprived of electricity.
Bring power cords and power strips necessary for your piece, Label them with a name and phone
number to insure you do not lose them. Alternative power is encouraged, Solar and batteries are
a great way to power a piece. LED lighting has come way down in price too. Take some time to
consider making your artwork self-contained. It will reduce the load, encourage green practices and
make you independent of our funky old power supply.
We just want to make sure you are in the loop! Our goal is to organize as much as possible as early
as possible. We also know the reality of how we artists are and want to accommodate as many
participants as we can. Spots will be assigned as soon as we begin receiving entry forms. Help us by
getting them in as early as possible. If there are special considerations let us know. Spread the word! GLOW is an open collaborative effort. It would be nothing if not for the gift that everyone involved makes every year. The community that GLOW fosters is a unique rich creative tapestry. Surely you know some people who’s contribution would make this years GLOW even more amazing.
GLOW DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
From Tucson take Oracle Road north which becomes Highway 77. Approximately 4 miles past the Bioshphere you will see the sign and turnoff for Oracle. Pass the turn off, continuing on Highway 77 and make your next left onto Rockcliff Blvd. (between mile marker 100 and 101). Do not park on Rockliff Blvd. The Sheriff’s Dept and signs will direct traffic around onto Oracle Ranch Road Loop which will be made a ONE WAY for the GLOW event. Continue around the loop and park off the pavement on either side of the road. A shuttle to the main gate will be available for those who require assistance.
Handicap Parking is available. Follow Oracle Ranch Road around until you see the sign for Handicap Parking or email glow@triangleLranch.com for more details.
